The hotel offers rooms with a great view over the town and good water pressure in the shower, but lacks kitchen supplies or a table to have a meal on. The service provided by the staff was excellent, from assisting customers at the reception desk to updating us on all services. The location is perfect, nestled in the valley of surrounding hills and near the Mall. The dining experience, included in our rate, offered tasty dishes. The facilities were well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay.
The hotel sits on a nice hill that offers a great view overlooking the entire city. The rooms are spacious with a walk-in shower and plenty of amenities, although lacking kitchen supplies or a table for meals. The cleaning standard was high, except for the floors. The service was excellent and efficient, with staff readily updating guests on all services and providing top-notch assistance. The location is perfect, being right in the center of town, close to everything in Central Launceston, including the Mall, convenience stores, and the regional gallery. The dining experience was inclusive and enjoyable, featuring natural cut fries. Overall, a pleasant stay with fantastic service and a spectacular location.
The hotel is situated on a nice hill overlooking the whole city, offering lovely views. The rooms come with spa baths and provide good views over the town. The service is excellent, with staff readily updating us on all services and assisting customers efficiently. However, the entrance foyer area is quite small. The on-site dining experience includes pizza and is included in our rate, which is a great value. The facilities are well-maintained and add to the overall comfort of the stay.
